Request agent assistance for a traveler

Arrangers can arrange travelers for other travelers. If a traveler for whom you have arranged a travel booking requires agent assistance, that traveler can contact support directly. Alternately, you can contact support for them (e.g., if they are in transit or don't have access to the Spotnana mobile app).

To request assistance for one of your travelers:

  1. Login to the Spotnana Online Booking tool (or mobile app).
  2. Start a chat with an agent and share the relevant trip ID for your traveler (as well as any other important trip details). The trip ID and trip details can be found on the Trips page.
