Assign a travel arranger to all other travelers
The actions described on this page can only be performed by users who are members of the Company Admins group.
Company Travel Arrangers are able to book travel for all other travelers within your organization. This procedure explains how to assign a user to the Company Travel Arranger group.
If you only want to assign an arranger to a specific traveler (or to a small list of travelers), see Assign yourself as an arranger for travelers. The user to be made an arranger can do that for themselves, or you can do it for them.
To assign the user to the Company Travel Arranger group
- Login to the Spotnana Online Booking tool.
- Select People from Program menu. The Users page will be displayed.
- Locate (or search for) the user you want to assign to the Company Travel Arranger group. Click that user's name. The user's profile information will be displayed.
- Select the Groups and roles tab.
- Click Assign group in the Assigned groups section. The Assign group dialog box will appear.
- Select Company Travel Arrangers from the Group menu.
- Click Save. The user will be added to the group and be able to arrange travel for all other users.
Members of the Company Travel Arrangers group will also receive email confirmations when they make bookings for other travelers.
