View trips
Use these steps to view your upcoming, canceled and completed trips.
- Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
- Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed with 3 tabs, Upcoming, Completed, and Cancelled.
- Upcoming: Contains details for all travel bookings you have made (air, hotel, rail, car rental) for which one or more parts of the trip have not yet been completed (e.g., travel dates in the future).
- Completed: Contains details for all travel that has been completed and is in the past.
- Cancelled: Contains details for all travel bookings or trips that have been fully cancelled.
- Click the relevant tab to view the details of your trips and the travel bookings within them.
- For upcoming trips, you can:
- view payment details
- download the itinerary
- share details via email
- change the booking (not available for all booking types and ticket classes, may incur a fee)
- cancel the booking (not available for all booking types and ticket classes, may incur a fee)
- update (Agent only)
- upload documents (e.g., proof of vaccination)
- For completed trips, you can:
- view payment details
- download the itinerary
- share details via email
- upload documents (e.g., boarding pass, check-out receipts)
