Use this procedure to cancel an existing rental car booking. 

Some rental car companies may charge a fee to cancel or change a booking. Be sure to review the applicable fees, restrictions, and exclusions before booking, changing or canceling a rental car booking. In some cases (to change a booking), you may require agent assistance.

1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool. 
2. Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed. 
3. Click the Upcoming tab. 
4. Locate the trip that contains the rental car booking you wish to cancel and select it. The trip details will be displayed showing the rental car(s) included in this trip. 
5. Click the rental car booking you wish to cancel (you may need to expand the list).
6. Select the relevant car rental booking. 
7. Click Cancel. The Cancel car reservation page will be displayed. 
8. Click Confirm cancellation. 
9. Click Confirm when asked to proceed. The selected rental car booking will be canceled. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.
