Manual IAR Entries
For ticket sales, exchanges, or refund transactions that are manually entered into IAR, the void or modify action may only take place on the same day of IAR entry, regardless of holiday schedules.
Note: ARC reserves the right to make changes to the holiday schedule or sales report submission deadlines, which will be communicated in advance to the travel agency community.*
Time Zone Considerations
Void windows may be calculated based on different time zones:
- Airline's local time zone
- GMT/UTC
- Point of Sale (POS) time zone
Non-Voidable Airlines
- Air Vistara: Cannot void tickets once issued (only refundable per fare rules)
- For domestic IN tickets: "VOID NOT ALLOWED" in fare rules
- For international routes: Not explicitly mentioned in all fare rules, but confirmed voids cannot be processed in Sabre
- Frontier (F9): No void process as no e-tickets are issued. Hard approvals are automatically downgraded to Soft approvals for bookings on this airline.
- Spirit (NK): No void process as no e-tickets are issued. Hard approvals are automatically downgraded to Soft approvals for bookings on this airline.
