View trips

Use these steps to view your upcoming, canceled and completed trips.

  1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
  2. Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed with up to 4 tabs. Select the relevant one depending on what you want to view:
    • My Trips - Displays all trips associated with your travel bookings.
    • All trips (only visible to administrators) - Displays all trips for all travelers within your organization.
    • Events - Displays all trips associated with events you have been asked to book travel for (these are also referred to as "event trips"). You may or may not have received an email invitation for these events.
    • Approvals (only visible to administrators, managers, and approvers) - Displays all trips with bookings that are awaiting approval.
  3. From the My trips and All trips tabs, you can also select one of the following from the menu depending on what you wish to view:
    • Upcoming: Contains details for all travel bookings made (air, hotel, rail, car rental) for which one or more parts of the trip have not yet been completed (e.g., travel dates in the future).
    • Completed: Contains details for all travel that has been completed and is in the past.
    • Cancelled: Contains details for all travel bookings or trips that have been fully cancelled.
  4. To view or take action on any of the trips and bookings displayed on the My trips tab, click the name of the trip and then review the actions you can take below:
