Cancel a flight

Use this procedure to cancel an existing flight booking. 

Some ticket fares may charge a fee to cancel or exchange the ticket. Be sure to read the fare rules before cancelling or exchanging the ticket. In some cases, when cancelling a ticket, the fare rules may allow you to choose to pay a cancellation fee and receive a partial refund or receive a flight credit for the full booking value. 
For any subsequent exchanges, you may need agent assistance.

1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool. 
2. Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed. 
3. Click the Upcoming tab. 
4. Locate the trip that contains the flight you wish to cancel and select it. The trip details will be displayed showing the flights included in this trip. 
5. Locate the flight you wish to cancel and click Cancel. The Cancel Flight reservation page will be displayed. 
6. Click Confirm Cancellation. 
   • Note: In some cases where you are unable to cancel the flight yourself, you will be prompted to click Submit Cancellation Request and an agent will assist with your cancellation. If there is a difference from the refund you are shown on the cancellation page, an agent will contact you before cancelling the flight.
7. Click Confirm when asked to proceed. The selected flights will be canceled. 

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancelation or exchange.
