View or download your itinerary and invoice

This procedure can be used to download a copy of your itinerary and invoice for your air, hotel, rail, or car bookings. 

Invoices and receipts can not be provided for post paid bookings (pay at property for hotel bookings or pay at pickup for rental car bookings) or delayed invoices payments.

  1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
  2. Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed with 3 tabs, Upcoming, Completed, and Cancelled. For details on what these tabs contain, see View trips.
  3. Select the appropriate tab for the booking for which you want to download an itinerary or invoice. 
  4. Select the trip that contains the booking for which you want to download an itinerary or invoice.
  5. Locate the booking (air, hotel, rail, car) within that trip for which you want to download an itinerary or invoice.
  6. Click the download icon (top right corner of the booking tile). The booking's itinerary and invoice will be downloaded to your local device. For payment information, scroll down to the bottom of the Payment details section. This section contains the price of travel items booked under the chosen trip.
  7. To view or download your invoice or receipt, click Payment details. The Payment details window will be displayed. 
  8. Click Show Invoices and Receipts. The available documents will be displayed.  
  9. To view a document, click its name. To download the document, open it in your browser and then download it.
