Cancel a hotel booking
Use this procedure to cancel an existing hotel booking.
Some hotels and third-party sites (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) may charge a fee to cancel or change a booking. Be sure to review the applicable fees, restrictions, and exclusions before booking, changing or cancelling a hotel. In some cases, you may require agent assistance.
- Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
- Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed.
- Click the Upcoming tab.
- Locate the trip that contains the hotel booking you wish to cancel and select it. The trip details will be displayed showing the hotels included in this trip.
- Locate the hotel booking you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel. The Cancel Hotel reservation page will be displayed.
- Click Confirm Cancellation.
- Click Confirm when asked to proceed. The selected hotel booking will be canceled.
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancelation.
