Book a single hotel room for multiple travelers

Use this procedure to book a single hotel room for multiple travelers. The maximum number of travelers that can be booked in a single room is five (5). The lead/primary traveler (the person who make the booking) must present their travel documents upon check-in.

You can choose to create a trip beforehand via the Trips page. Any bookings you make must eventually be added to a trip. 
If you might need to edit or cancel the hotel booking in the future, be sure to select a hotel and room rate that allows for free cancellation. 

1. Click Book on the main menu on the Online Booking Tool.
2. Select the Hotel (bed) icon. 
3. Enter the location or the name of the hotel where you want to book. The location can be an address, a city name, an office location, or the name of an airport. 
4. Enter the Check in date and Check out date for your hotel booking. 
5. Select any special rates that may apply (e.g., Senior, Government/Military) in the menu to the right of the travel modes. The default setting is Regular rates.
6. Expand the traveler panel. 
7. Click Add more travelers. The Add travelers modal will appear. 
8. Specify the travelers who will be part of this booking. To add travelers, begin typing the traveler’s name in the search field below Stored Travelers. Once you see the name of the desired traveler, click their name. That traveler will be added to the booking. You can have a maximum of 6 travelers in a single booking. You can’t add children or infants on bookings that also have stored travelers. 
9. Click Done when you have added all your travelers. You will be returned to the main search page.
10. Click Search. 
11. Then, proceed to select the desired hotel and room rate as you normally would when booking a hotel. See Book a hotel.
