Cancel a hotel booking


Use this procedure to cancel an existing hotel booking. 


Some hotels and third-party sites (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) may charge a fee to cancel or change a booking. Be sure to review the applicable fees, restrictions, and exclusions before booking, changing or cancelling a hotel. In some cases, you may require agent assistance. 


  1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool. 
  2. Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed. 
  3. Click the Upcoming tab. 
  4. Locate the trip that contains the hotel booking you wish to cancel and select it. The trip details will be displayed showing the hotels included in this trip. 
  5.  Locate the hotel booking you wish to cancel. 
  6. Click Cancel. The Cancel Hotel reservation page will be displayed. 
  7. Click Confirm Cancellation
  8. Click Confirm when asked to proceed. The selected hotel booking will be canceled. 


You will receive an email confirmation of your cancelation.
