Set company policy
Policies allow you to control many aspects of your travel bookings, including:
- how bookings are made
- which kinds of bookings are allowed (cabin class, amenities, etc.)
- how much may be spent on a booking before an approval is required
- which approvals are required or optional
- who will be asked to approve bookings and trips
You may have one or more policies associated with your company.
If none of the criteria in your other policies are satisfied, your Default policy will be applied. If more than one policy applies to a traveler, the least restrictive setting will be applied.
