Upload company policy PDF

Company administrators can upload a PDF version of their company policy to the Spotnana Online Booking Tool. In addition, since it’s not uncommon for travel programs to have different policies for different groups of travelers, administrators can upload and update policy documents for each group, ensuring that travelers will see the appropriate policy document for their policy group whenever the Out of Policy message is displayed for their bookings.

Note: The default policy will continue to be displayed on the Spotnana Homepage and at the top of the Search Results page.

To upload new company policy PDF file, follow these steps. 

1. Click the Program menu at the top of the screen.
2. Select Policies.
3. Expand the Policy menu on the left.
4. Select the policy group for which you want to upload a PDF version of the policy document.
5. Expand the General section.
6. Click the Upload button for the Company policy PDF field.  
7. Click in the grey box to start browsing for the PDF field you wish to select (or drag and drop it into the grey box). 
8. Click Upload. You policy document will be uploaded and displayed to users (in the associated policy group) whenever they attempt to make a booking that is out of policy.

Note: To delete a policy document, repeat the steps above, except click X to delete the PDF file after step 5.
