Common tasks when using Spotnana for the first time

New to using the Spotnana Online Booking Tool? Here's a checklist of helpful things to do as a beginner.

  1. Log in by going to spotnana.com in your favorite browser. You may need to enter a password if your company has not set up single sign on (SSO). If you are unable to log in, contact your HR team or Travel Manager.
  2. Begin setting up your profile(approximately 10 mins).  Some documents to have handy when doing so:
    • Passport

    • Drivers License (if you plan to rent cars)

    • TSA information (if applicable)

    • Loyalty card IDs and information for any airline, hotel, car, or rail loyalty programs you are a member of.

    • Mobile cell phone number

    • Emergency contact information

  3. Familiarize yourself with how to perform some common tasks in the Online Booking Tool:
  4.  Check if you need a visa for any upcoming travel. Be sure to apply for that visa early enough that you will have it in time for your trip.
  5. Download the Spotnana app.
  6. Store the Spotnana support number in your mobile phone. This will ensure you have it handy any time you have  problems with WiFi or your cell phone reception.
