Cancel an entire trip

You can cancel all bookings in a trip by cancelling the trip itself.

  1. Click Trips. The Trips page will be displayed.
  2. Select the My Trips tab. 
  3. Selecting Upcoming from the menu (if not already selected).  
  4. Locate the trip you wish to cancel and click Cancel all bookings in its row. All bookings within the trip will be listed. You will be prompted to confirm this action and reminded that this will also cancel the associated trip. The system will indicate if a particular booking is not cancellable or requires agent assistance to cancel or if any fees or penalties will be charged to complete this cancellation. 
  5. Click Cancel trip. The trip and all of its bookings will be cancelled. You will also receive an email confirmation for all cancelled bookings (unless you disabled notifications). 
If you are unable to cancel a particular booking within a trip, you may need to contact an agent.
