Create your password
If your company administrator has set up SSO (Single Sign On) for your Spotnana password, you will not be able to create your password via the Spotnana Online Booking tool or mobile app. Instead, you will need to create the password for the login that controls your SSO.
This procedure can only be used if your Spotnana password is not controlled by SSO. You can also set your password using the Spotnana mobile app.
- Open to the Spotnana Online Booking Tool.
- Enter your work email address in the Work email field.
- Click Create your password? The Create new password page will be displayed.
- Enter your password in the New password field.
- Confirm your password.
- Click Get verification code. A verification code will be sent to the work email you entered above.
- Open your work email, locate the verification email that was sent, and copy the verification code provided.
- In the Online Booking tool, enter the verification code in the Verification Code field.
- Click Confirm and sign in. Your password is now created and set.
If you did not receive the verification code email, first check your spam folder and ensure your company is not blocking emails from Spotnana. You can also click Resend code to try again. If you continue to have problems getting your password set for the first time, contact your company administrator.
