Change your password
If your company administrator has set up SSO (Single Sign On) for your Spotnana password, you will not be able to reset your password via the Spotnana Online Booking tool. You will need to reset the password for the login that controls your SSO.
This procedure can only be used if your Spotnana password is not controlled by SSO.
- Open to the Spotnana Online Booking Tool.
- Enter your work email address in the Work Email field.
- Click Forgot password? A verification code will be sent to the email you entered and the Reset your password page will be displayed.
- Enter the code that your received in your email in the Verification Code field.
- Enter your new password in the Password field.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click Reset Password. Your password will be reset.
