Set alert and notification preferences
Use this procedure to set your preferences for receiving booking confirmations and flight notifications.
- Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
- In the top right, locate the icon with your initial(s) and expand the menu next to it.
- Select My Profile. The Profile page will be displayed.
- Select Preferences from the left side navigation under Profile. Your preferences will be displayed.
- Scroll down to the Alerts section.
- Confirmation emails are sent whenever you complete, edit, update, or cancel a booking.
- To turn off booking confirmation emails, disable the Confirmation Emails field. The default setting for this field is enabled. It's recommended to keep this setting enabled. In addition, any traveler arrangers that have been assigned to your account by an administrator will also receive these emails.
- To add a new email, select the Custom Emails checkbox and enter the desired email (or select + Add Email if you already have custom emails enabled).
- Flight notifications are sent whenever there is a change to an upcoming flight in one of your trips.
- To turn off booking confirmation emails, disable the Confirmation Emails field. The default setting for this field is enabled. It's recommended to keep this setting enabled. In addition, any traveler arrangers that have been assigned to your account by an administrator will also receive these emails.
- To add a new email, select the Custom Emails checkbox and enter the desired email (or select + Add Email if you already have custom emails enabled).
- If you have made any changes to this section, be sure to click Save Changes.
