Locate travelers - Duty of Care

Use this procedure to locate travelers within your company. This can be helpful when events occur within the location where they are currently traveling or are scheduled to be traveling (weather, political unrest, natural disaster, etc.).

  1. Login to the Online Booking tool. 
  2. Select Travelers from the Analytics menu. The Safety page will be displayed. 
    • This page displays the last known travel segment location for each traveler for up to 100 days after their last travel and for 12 hours before their next known travel segment location. For example, if a traveler lands at an airport, they will continue to appear at that airport location for up to 100 days or until the beginning of their next travel segment (whichever happens first).
    • For each traveler, the Traveler details section will display their Name, Title, Organization, Department, Trip Name, Location Info, Travel Start Time, Travel End Time, and Contact information.
  3. To limit the list of travelers shown, you can: 
    • select a particular Organization from the list
    • enter a specific location, airport, city, hotel, office
    • enter a specific date range
  4. To download the list of travelers currently displayed, click CSV button.
