Breyta hótelpöntun

Fylgið þessum leiðbeiningum ef þörf er á að breyta fyrirliggjandi hótelpöntun. Hér er eingöngu hægt að breyta verði, tegund herbergis eða komudegi og brottfarardegi, svo lengi sem pöntunin er á sama hóteli. 

Not all hotel bookings can be edited using this procedure. For Booking.com, you must cancel the original booking and create a new one. 

1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool. 
2. Click Trips on the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed. 
3. Click the Upcoming tab. 
4. Locate the trip that contains the hotel booking you wish to change and select it. The trip details will be displayed showing the hotel bookings included in this trip. 
5. Locate the hotel booking you wish to change. 
6. Click Modify. The Change reservation page will be displayed. This page will show you your current hotel room booking and the other room rate and room type options available to you. Each option will display any price difference (compared to your current booking). 
   • To change your dates, edit the values in the Check in and Check out fields. Once the dates are changed, click Check availability to see the room types and room rates available to you. 
   • To change your room type or room rate, locate the desired option and click Select.
7. The Checkout page will be displayed showing the check-in  and check-out dates and times of your original booking and the new booking. The Modifications Detail section will show the price details, total amount due, and any applicable change fees. 
8. Click Book Hotel.

You will receive an email confirmation of your changed hotel booking.
