Uploading records - Introduction
Spotnana offers you the ability to upload many of your commonly used records directly onto the Spotnana platform. This can be useful when you have large numbers of records that might be too numerous to manually create individually. When bulk uploading records in this manner, you can:
- upload a CSV directly from the OBT (best for records that you will not need to frequently update)
- upload a CSV via SFTP (best for records that might change often and require a scheduled feed)
There is a particular order in which new records should be created. For example, you should have already created your legal entities before attempting to upload your user records. For more details, refer to the individual procedures linked to below.
CSV via the OBT
If you will be uploading your CSV files directly from the OBT, refer to these procedures:

CSV via SFTP
