Enable notifications via WhatsApp

To allow your travelers to receive booking and travel notifications via WhatsApp on their mobile devices, contact your Spotnana account representative to have us enable the feature for you. 

Once we have activated the setting for your company, your travelers will be able to enable the WhatsApp setting in their individual Spotnana travel profile. When a traveler enables the setting, they will be prompted to designate the mobile number(s) where they want to receive WhatsApp travel notifications and which notifications they would like to receive. 

Notifications via WhatsApp are not supported for travel approvers and arrangers.
