Approvers
Approvers are users within the platform who have been assigned the task of reviewing and then approving or declining the travel bookings for travelers within your company. The company administrator configures the policies, approval process and approvers (designated approver or traveler's manager). Approvers can also specify a secondary approver in case they are unavailable.
Only policies which are set to hard approval will require bookings to be approved before the approval deadline (after which they will be canceled unless they have been approved).
Since the actual individual who is responsible for approving a given traveler's bookings can depend on a number of settings configured by the company administrator or approver, we suggest that travelers contact their company administrator or manager to determine who the relevant approver is.
