Edit a user profile
Use this procedure to edit a user's profile details of your users.
This feature is only available to company administrators.
- Login to the Online Booking tool.
- Select Users from the Program menu. The Users page will be displayed.
- Locate the row of the user whose profile you want to edit and click the name. You can use the search function to locate the desired user by their email address. You can also limit the users displayed to just the VIP traveler tier (click the sort option on the Name column). Once you have selected a user, the General tab of the user profile will be displayed.
- Edit the fields in the Traveler information, Contact details, Employment details, or Company settings sections as needed.

- To assign a user to a role, see Assign a user to a role.
- When done, click Save.
