Download rail E-ticket (for Europe and the UK)

Travelers can download E-tickets for most rail bookings (for travel in Europe or the UK) directly from the Trips page. E-tickets will also be attached to your Spotnana itinerary confirmation and are available via the Spotnana mobile app. 

NOTE: 
- For UK rail bookings, if "electronic delivery" (versus "ticket on demand") was selected during checkout, the E-ticket is automatically attached to the email Spotnana sends when the booking is made. 
- For Europe rail bookings, all bookings are issued as E-tickets. These are automatically attached to the email Spotnana sends when the booking is made. 
- For U.S. rail bookings (Amtrak), E-tickets can't be downloaded.

To download an E-ticket

1. Once you have booked your rail ticket for travel within Europe or the UK, select Trips from the main menu. The Trips page will be displayed.
2. Select the Upcoming tab.
3. Locate the rail trip for which you wish to download an E-ticket.
4. Click the rail booking.
5. Click Download E-ticket. Your E-ticket will be download to your device.
