Set vehicle types that are allowed for black car bookings

Administrators are able to set which vehicles types can be selected when making black car bookings. This is done by selecting the vehicle types that are not allowed. All other vehicle types not selected when setting the policy will be allowed. 

1. Select Policies from the Program menu. 

2. Expand the Policy menu on the left.

3. Select the Default Policy (or other policy) from the menu. 

4. Expand the Black Car section.

5. Scroll down to locate the Car types not allowed section.

6. Select the checkbox of each car type for which you will not allow black car bookings. You can also customize the message displayed to travelers when they attempt to book black car vehicle types that are not allowed. Only the vehicle types for which the checkbox was not selected will be allowed to be booked. 

7. Click Save changes when done.
