Assign travelers to a specific arranger

Arrangers are able to make travel bookings for other travelers. Arrangers will receive booking and confirmation notifications for the travelers for whom they arrange travel. 

If a user is a member of the Company Travel Arrangers group, they are already able to arrange travel for all users at your company. You therefore do not need to assign individual travelers to them. 

Use this procedure to assign specific travelers to particular travel arranger. 

1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
2. Select People from the Program menu. The Users page will be displayed. 
3. Locate the row of the user you want to assign as an arranger and click the name. The user's record will be displayed.
4. Select the Configuration tab. 
5. Select the My Travelers tab in the Arranger Settings section. 
6. Click Add Traveler. 
7. Enter the email of the traveler for whom this user will arrange travel in the field provided and select the desired traveler. That user will be added as one of the travelers for whom this user can arranger travel. The arranger will also receive notifications for travel associated with the travelers for whom they arrange. 

Assign an arranger to specific travelers

3. Locate the row of the user to whom you want to assign an arranger and click the name. The user's record will be displayed.
4. Select the Configuration tab. 
5. Select the My Arrangers tab in the Arranger Settings section. 
6. Click Add Arranger. 
7. Enter the email of the user who will be a travel arranger for the traveler in the field provided and select the desired arranger. That user will be added as one of the traveler arrangers for this traveler. The arranger will also receive notifications for travel associated with the traveler.
