Overview (My reports)

The Overview report provides a high level dashboard view of your personal travel activity. Use it to view interesting insights around your individual travel, including metrics around spend, emissions, and locations you have visited.

Filters

Subfilters

There are no sub-filters associated with this report.

Parameters

You can use the Currency Code parameter to control the currency in which all monetary values are displayed. To set this value:

Click the Currency Code parameter.
Select the desired currency (or search for it).
Click Apply.

This parameter converts all values from the billing currency to the selected currency. Note that this conversion is only an approximate and does not reflect the actual conversion performed by the payment provider. For financial reconciliation purposes, please refer to the values in billing currency. Spotnana is not liable for any conversion discrepancies.

Graph Metrics

The metrics shown in this section are arranged in large tiles. A description of each is provided in the table below.

Metric	Description
Total Spend	Total amount spent on all your travel (air, hotel, car, rail, limo) for the time period selected
Total Air Spend	Total amount spent on all your air travel for the time period selected.
Total Hotel Spend	Total amount spent on all your hotel stays for the time period selected.
Total Car Spend	Total amount spent on all your car rentals for the time period selected.
CO2 Emissions (kg)	Total amount of CO2 emitted as a result of all your trips for the time period selected.
Flights taken	Total number of flights taken by you for the time period selected.
Hotel room nights	Total number of nights spent in hotels by you for the time period selected.
Car rental days	Total number of days you rented cars for the time period selected.
Top airlines by spend and flights taken (graph)	Bar graph showing your total air travel spend as well as flights taken by airline for the time period selected (spend tracked on left axis, flights taken tracked on right axis). Top hotels by spend and nights spent (graph)	Bar graph showing your total hotel travel spend as well as hotel nights spent by hotel for the time period selected (spend tracked on left axis, hotel nights tracked on right axis). Top cities visited (graph)	Graph showing your travel by city visited for the time period selected.
Policy Compliance by Booking Type (graph)	Bar graph showing your compliance with your company's travel policy by mode of travel for the time period selected.
