Items not appearing on invoices

You are able to download and view invoices associated with your trips and bookings. These invoices and receipts will generally show all the charges associated with your travel bookings. 

However, some charges associated with your trips (minbar purchases, flight upgrades purchased at the airport checkin counter, etc.) may not appear on the invoices we produce. If you require receipts for those purchases and charges (e.g, for an expense report), you must contact the supplier (airline, hotel location, car rental company) directly. For these types of charges, our agents will be unable to produce an invoice or receipt for you.
