Kolejność sortowania wyników wyszukiwania 

Poniżej opisujemy domyślną kolejność, w jakiej prezentowane są wyniki wyszukiwania dla różnych typów rezerwacji. 

These sorting options only apply if the user has not manually selected any specific filtering or sorting preferences when searching. 

Search results ranking for air

The following describes the default order in which search results are sorted or ranked when booking air travel.

Any carriers that have been set as preferred by your company, will be shown with a Preferred label (unless you have customized that label). Any cabin classes that have been restricted or blocked by your company will not influence the sorting of the results shown (e.g., lower fares in blocked cabin classes will not be shown higher in the sorting order).

• Search results are generally sorted from the cheapest to the most expensive economy fares. Exceptions to this are:

  • Non-stop fares will appear above fares that include one or more stops. 

  • Single ticket fares will appear above fares which require split-tickets.

  • The first 3 results will contain the cheapest non-stop flight (or one-stop if no non-stops are available) from 3 separate carriers. For example, if carrier “A” is offering the 2 cheapest fares, the cheapest fares from carriers “B” and “C” will be shown before the second cheapest fare from carrier “A”. The fares in this example would be ranked as follows: 

    1. Carrier A’s cheapest fare

    2. Carrier B’s cheapest fare

    3. Carrier C’s cheapest fare

    4. Carrier A’s second cheapest fare

  • If your company’s preferred carrier does not offer fares that are among the 3 cheapest for the selected route, that carrier’s fares will be listed 4th after the 3 cheapest. For more details, see Preferred and restricted suppliers.

  • Restricted carriers that offer a fare that is among the 3 cheapest for the selected route will be shown within the first 3 results. But this fare will not be bookable. For more details, see Preferred and restricted suppliers.

Search results ranking for hotels

The following describes the default order in which search results are sorted or ranked when booking hotels.

Any hotels that have been set as preferred by your company, will be shown with a Preferred label (unless you have customized that label). Any hotels that have been booked by coworkers will display a small notice stating the number of coworkers who have booked that hotel. 

Preferred hotels (as set by your company) that match your search criteria are shown highest in the list. Then, the hotels that are the most popular with your coworkers will be shown (e.g., "Booked 12x by your coworkers"). The listings below the preferred and popular hotels will be based on price, location, and the other search criteria you have provided. 

The "most popular" ("Booked 12x by your coworkers") feature may not be enabled by your company.
