Flight booking statuses

The list of statuses that your flight (air) booking may be in are listed and explained below:

Status Description

Payment Failure

The payment method selected during the booking process has failed. You may need to retry with the same payment method or select a different payment method. 

Schedule Changed

The originally scheduled departure or arrival of one or more of your flights has changed.

Changed by Airline

Some detail of your flight booking has been changed by the airline. Once a booking is in this status, Spotnana may not have the most current information from the airline. Be sure to check the airline's website and review the change before your trip begins. 

Processing

You have booked the flight but Spotnana is still awaiting confirmation of ticketing from the supplier (airline). The next status will either be Confirmed or Unconfirmed. If the booking is eventually set to Unconfirmed, contact an agent. 

Pending Approval

The flight booking is waiting for an assigned approver to approve the booking. 

Confirmed

The flight associated with the booking is fully ticketed by the supplier (airline). No further action is needed. 

Unconfirmed

The flight associated with the booking has not been ticketed by the supplier (airline) for an unknown reason. Contact an agent immediately. 
On holdThe flight booking has been placed on hold. The booking, if not purchased, will automatically expire within 24 hours. See Hold an airline booking.

The list of statuses that your trip may be in are listed and explained below:

Status Description

Upcoming

The dates associated with one or more bookings in this trip are in the future.

Starting Soon

The start dates associated with one or more bookings in this trip are within 2 days.

In Progress

One or more of the bookings in this trip are in progress. 

Requires Attention

One or more of the bookings within this trip has one of the following statuses:
- Payment Failure
- Pending Approval
- Unconfirmed

- On Hold
- Changed by Airline
- Schedule Changed
