View answers to custom fields

You may have created custom fields to be presented to your travelers when they are making bookings. These custom fields are generally used to present questions to travelers and prompt them to supply answers when booking. The travel data obtained from these custom fields can be viewed in two locations:

• In the trip: Within the Trips page, select the trip that contains the booking you want to view. Expand it to see additional details, including Travel Data. 

• In the itinerary: Within the Trips page, select the trip that contains the booking for which you want to download an itinerary. Locate the booking (air, hotel, rail, car) within that trip for which you want to download an itinerary. Click the download icon (top right corner of the booking tile). The booking's itinerary will be downloaded to your local device. This includes a section for Travel Data.
