Booking for guests - prerequisites
Some companies allow their employees to book travel for guests.
- If you do not see the Book for a guest link when searching for bookings, your company does not allow you to book for guests. If you feel you require the ability to book for guests, contact your travel manager or company administrator.
- If you see the Book for a guest link, refer to Book travel for a guest for instructions to book their travel.
Agents can’t grant the ability to book for guests. Only a company administrator or travel manager at your company can enable booking for guests.
