You can add payment methods to your travel profile (e.g., personal credit card). These payment methods will then be available to you when booking travel (in addition to those provided by your company). 

1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
2. In the top right, locate the icon with your initial(s) and expand the menu next to it. 
3. Select My Profile. The Profile page will be displayed. 
4. Select Payment from the Profile list. The Payment tab will be displayed.
5. Click + under Credit Cards. The Add credit card dialog will be displayed. 
6. Enter the following basic information about your credit card. 
   • Cardholder name
   • Card number
   • Expiration date
   • CVV
   • Card label (the name that will appear on the Payment tab for this card). 
   • Address 
   • Country
   • City
   • State/province/region
   • Postal/zipcode
7. Set the booking types this credit card can be used to pay for (e.g., Flight, Hotel, Car, Rail). The card may only be used for the booking types you specify. 
8. Click Save.
