Enable booking for guests who do not have profiles

This page explains how you can enable users to book for guests who do not have a profile in the system. 

Enable non-profile guest booking for your organization (administrators only)

Only a company administrator may enable this setting.
  1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
  2. Select Company from the Program menu.
  3. Select General (under Company) from the Settings menu on the left.
  4.  Enable the Allow employees to book for guest setting. Company administrators and Spotnana agents will now be able to book travel for guests without a profile. The default company policy will be applied for these bookings.
  5. Click Save.

Enable non-profile guest booking for individual users (administrators only)

Only a company administrator may enable this setting.
  1. Log in to the Online Booking Tool.
  2. Select Users from the Program menu. The Travelers page will be displayed.
  3. Locate the desired user account and click its row.
  4. Select the Configuration tab.
  5. Enable the Allow employee to book for guests setting. This will allow this user to book travel for guests who don't have a profile. The default company policy will be applied for these bookings.  
  6. Click Save.
